Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original BRAND PIERRE packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
